Air source heat pump controller for a commercial hot tub

A Lincolnshire leisure site needed a simple way to run an outside air source heat pump with, or instead of, the built-in heater. Triple R Tech designed a DIN-rail controller with safe switching, sensing and wireless setup. Staff could then pick the heat source based on power cost, warm-up speed or holding a steady standby temperature.

A spa filter clip had gone out of stock and overseas supply was too slow or costly. Triple R Tech measured the old part, modelled a replacement and supplied a same-day 3D-printed sample. After a good fit check, a short PETG run followed, with a silicone mould ready for stronger resin parts later.
